What is your Return Policy?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return the merchandise you purchased for any reason, you may do so within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — excluding shipping costs. If the return is a result of our error, we will pay the return shipping and handling costs.

To return an item, simply contact our Customer Service department at 707-542-4566 to obtain an authorization code.

Do you provide a Gift Wrap option?

Yes! At no additional cost you may request that we simply hide the price on the packing slip, or choose our standard gift packaging for $5.00. One of these options may be selected at the time of checkout, and both include the option of including a 250 character message with your gift.

Do you offer Gift Certificates?

Yes! We do offer Gift Certificates in various denominations. You can combine them to create your own amount.

How Do I reedem my Gift Certificate?

Proceed to purchase items as you would normally do by adding them to the shopping cart. When you checkout, you will find an option that will allow you to enter the Gift Certificate number. You will also be asked to enter a credit card number. However, you will not be charged if the Gift Certificate covers the entire amount.
